Attendees who are from outside the Toronto area may need accomodations. Here is a brief summary of available accomodations close to Black Creek Pioneer Village, the venue of the event. Feel free to make your own accommodation arrangements at these hotels below, at York University, or any hotel in the area you choose. All prices are in Canadian currency unless otherwise stated.

  • One bedroom apartment: $105.45 per night, $499.50 per week SOLD OUT
  • Dorm room: $70/night per person + GST + PST

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Check-in time is after 3 pm; check-out time is by 11 am. Please inquire if you can’t arrive or depart by these times.

The apartments are fully furnished/stocked, including bed linens, towels, cookwear, dishes, private kitchen and washroom, weekly housekeeping, etc. There is a TV with basic cable and a phone equipped for free local calls. There is no microwave, voicemail, or internet. Parking is not included. The parking fees vary based on lot and length of time. The various lots and rates are available from the Parking Office website.
